Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. We cannot offer a full refund or exchange if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund:

Opened, used, damaged, or soiled trash bags
Custom-printed, custom-sized, or personalized items (non-defective)
Clearance, sale, or promotional items (non-defective)
Items returned due to personal preference after opening/use

Partial Refund Scenarios:

Items with minor defects that do not affect functionality, after opening/use
Minor outer packaging damage that does not impact the product
Items damaged due to improper storage or handling

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to process returns. Do not return items directly to the manufacturer.

Return Process:
Contact customer service within 30 days of delivery with your order number, return reason, and item photos. Once approved, we will provide a return address. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Customers cover return shipping for non-defective items. We cover shipping for defective/incorrect items.

If you receive damaged, leaking, or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund or free replacement.
